The Essential Yoga Taacher Training is a deep dive into learning more about yourself and your personal yoga practice while empowering you as a teacher. It’s designed to foster new teachers and enhance the knowledge base and skill set of existing teachers. Individuals who have no intention of teaching yoga are also encouraged to join the course as a way of deepening their personal practice.
Dive into a transformative educational journey where theory meets practice. Our intimate training environment features:
Thought-provoking inquiries and curated readings that ignite meaningful dialogue among participants
Daily embodied movement sessions that bring lectures to life, allowing you to experience concepts rather than merely understand them intellectually
Small, intentional class sizes fostering profound connections and personalized attention

Marsha provided clear, in-depth explanations of how our bodies move and function, which has significantly improved my own practice and my confidence as a teacher. Her training is an invaluable resource for any yoga teacher looking to deepen their knowledge and refine their approach to yoga in today’s world.
