Awaken Through Attention: A Meditation Workshop
Sunday Oct. 26th

Meditation is both a refuge and a training ground.
In this workshop, we’ll explore what meditation is, the many forms it can take, and how to root it into your daily life. Through guided practice and reflection, you’ll discover meditation as a pathway to calm, clarity, and deeper self-understanding. Alongside personal practice, you’ll learn the principles of guiding meditation with clarity and compassion, gaining skills to share this transformative work with others.

Deep Relaxation 4 Week Class Series
Mondays in November 2025 6-7pm
As the days grow shorter and the holiday season approaches, give yourself the gift of slowing down. Join Marsha in the warmth of the hot studio for a relaxing 4-week specialty class series designed to restore your body and mind. Each session will guide you through, gentle yoga to release tension, calming breathwork to soothe your nervous system, and guided meditation for deep rest.
