YTT Journey January - May 2026
Your training begins January 5th, 2026, when you’ll gain access to the online learning platform. Each month, you’ll move through a blend of self-paced and interactive study, including:
On-demand video lectures
Assigned readings and curated podcasts
Reflective journaling and self-inquiry practices
Practical assignments to deepen your understanding
To support your growth, we’ll gather once a month for a live online mentorship session, creating space to review material, ask questions, and connect with your peers.
At the end of each month, we’ll come together in person for a weekend immersion (Saturday & Sunday). These weekends are where the heart of the training unfolds: reviewing core learning objectives, engaging in thought-provoking discussions, completing assignments, and stepping into practice teaching in a supportive environment.
This rhythm of independent study, live mentorship, and in-person immersion ensures you integrate the teachings not just intellectually, but through lived experience.
The Essential Yoga Taacher Training is a deep dive into learning more about yourself and your personal yoga practice while empowering you as a teacher. It’s designed to foster new teachers and enhance the knowledge base and skill set of existing teachers. Individuals who have no intention of teaching yoga are also encouraged to join the course as a way of deepening their personal practice.
Dive into a transformative educational journey where theory meets practice. Our intimate training environment features:
Thought-provoking inquiries and curated readings that ignite meaningful dialogue among participants
Daily embodied movement sessions that bring lectures to life, allowing you to experience concepts rather than merely understand them intellectually
Small, intentional class sizes fostering profound connections and personalized attention
This integrated approach ensures that your learning transcends the intellectual—becoming a lived experience that transforms both your practice and teaching.
You will leave with a greater understanding of all aspects of a yoga practice, both on and off the mat, and the confidence to teach accessible, well rounded, and unique yoga classes.
